Priyanka Darshana
Priyanka Darshana is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) and a double master’s degree holder with extensive expertise in the fields of risk management, finance, and higher education. With over 15 years of academic experience, he has contributed to teaching, research, and academic leadership at several leading universities and higher education institutions in Sri Lanka.
In addition to a distinguished academic career, he is an education entrepreneur actively involved in developing Transnational Education (TNE) partnerships, facilitating collaborations between Sri Lankan institutions and internationally recognized universities and awarding bodies. Through these initiatives, he has played a key role in expanding global education pathways and professional qualification opportunities for students across multiple regions.
He currently serves as the Director of Winfield and Kingsford in Sri Lanka, where he is engaged in academic development and institutional growth. He is also the executive director of ESM Business School in the United Arab Emirates, leading international expansion initiatives and strengthening partnerships with global education providers.
His professional interests include corporate governance, enterprise risk management, financial strategy, and international higher education development, with a strong focus on building globally recognized academic programs and sustainable education ventures.

Ravindra Dissanayake
Profile of Professor ( Dr). D.M.R. Dissanayake Professor (Dr). D.M.R.Dissanayake is a professor in marketing attached to the Department of Marketing Management, University of Kelaniya. He was the former Head of the Department of Marketing Management during the period of 2020- 2023. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in business management specialized in Marketing Management from the University of Kelaniya. His other academic qualifications include Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) of University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in business from the Taylor’s University, Malaysia and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) form Montreux Campus, Switzerland. Currently, he is an adjunct professor to Taylor’s University, Malaysia as well. Currently he serves as the Director for Staff Development Center of the University of Kelaniya. He obtained his professional qualification of Diploma in Marketing from Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) in 2004. He Has published around 130 research papers in both local and international journals, and he is the Chief Editor of Sri Lanka Journal of Marketing too. He won VC awards 3 times within the most outstanding young researcher category and 2 times in most outstanding senior researcher category for Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies of University of Kelaniya apart from few Senate awards received for high quality research publications. He has served nearly 25 local and international research conferences as a resource person whilst contributing as an editorial member for 5 research journals. He has received 1200 plus citations for his research publications and recognized as an impactful researcher in Sri Lanka in the business management domain as per Google Scholer indexes. He has been in the university academic career for last 18 years in the scope of Marketing, Branding, Research and Business Strategy for degree level and higher degree level programs. Prof. Bandara Wanninayake is a distinguished academic renowned for his outstanding contributions to teaching, learning, and research excellence. Currently serving as a Professor in Marketing at the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, he is widely recognized for his academic achievements and expertise in the field. Prof. Bandara holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, a PhD from Tomas Bata University in the Czech Republic, an MBA from the University of Colombo, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK. Notably, he was awarded a gold medal in recognition of his exceptional performance in the MBA program.

Galbokka Hewage Roshanthi Eranga Karunaratne
I'm Eranga Karunaratne, a Senior Lecturer (Grade II) at Horizon Campus, Malabe, Sri Lanka with extensive experience in higher education, research, and academic administration. I have served in various academic and leadership roles.
With over a decade of university-level teaching experience, I have taught a wide range of subjects, including Biochemistry, Basic Molecular Biology, Cell and Molecular Biology Techniques, Introduction to Forensic Science, Introduction to Nanobiotechnology, and General Chemistry. I played a key role in the development of both the BSc (Hons) in Biotechnology and MSc in Biotechnology programs at Horizon Campus, as well as in the establishment of a new laboratory complex to support advanced teaching and research.
At Horizon Campus, I have contributed significantly to academic governance as a Member of the Academic Senate, the Curriculum Development Committee, and the Disciplinary Committee.
Prior to joining Horizon Campus, I served at the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Medicine, SAITM for eight years. There, I was responsible for coordinating General and Bioorganic Chemistry laboratories, overseeing first-year chemistry and biochemistry courses, and serving as a member of the Medical Education Unit. I began my academic career as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, University of Colombo.
I hold a PhD in Molecular Microbiology. I have also completed professional certifications in Teaching in Higher Education (Horizon Campus), Nanotechnology (SLINTEC), and Computer Studies (NIBM), further strengthening my interdisciplinary and pedagogical expertise.
My teaching and leadership are rooted in a commitment to quality education, curriculum innovation, and the advancement of biotechnology and biochemical sciences in Sri Lanka.

I graduated in 2007 from University of Colombo achieving a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B). I'm employed as an Attorney-at-Law from 2008. I'm a Registered Company Secretary, Notary Public and a Commissioner of Oaths. I came a Passed Finalist in CIMA (UK) in 2010. Completed my MBA (Leadership & Innovation) from Edinburg Napier University-Scotland. I have been employed in several reputed law firms and private sector organizations including specialized leasing companies and leading Banks in Sri Lanka. Currently I am attached to the fourth largest Bank in Sri Lanka in a dynamic managerial position.
